These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elite Home Assembly website and our furniture assembly, installation, and mounting services in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and surrounding Indiana communities. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide residential and commercial assembly and installation services, including indoor and outdoor furniture assembly, TV and shelf mounting, playset and basketball hoop assembly, and related work. Service availability may vary by location and project type.
Estimates and Scheduling
Estimates are based on the item and project details you provide, such as photos or product links. Final pricing may be adjusted if the work on site differs materially from what was described. Appointments are scheduled once your estimate is accepted and the item to be assembled or installed is on site and ready.
Text Messaging Consent
When you contact us, you may choose to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from us about your inquiry, estimates, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and service follow-ups.
• Consent is voluntary. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to accept these Terms.
• Not a condition of service. You may decline text messages and still request estimates, book appointments, and use our services. We are happy to communicate by phone or email instead.
• Message frequency: You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when your appointment is scheduled.

Workmanship and Liability
We perform all work with professional care and follow manufacturer instructions where provided.
